Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, contact information, guest counts, and arrival dates. A booking is only confirmed after payment has been successfully processed and the confirmation email has been issued.

Property rules, cancellation terms, check-in windows, and refund terms are shown before payment and may differ by property. Stay On Route may cancel or amend bookings affected by fraud, payment failure, safety issues, or operational errors.
