Privacy Policy

Stay On Route collects booking details such as guest name, email, phone number, stay dates, guest count, and payment status so we can process reservations and provide guest support.

Card and bank login details are not stored by Stay On Route. Online payments are processed by Ozow (Pay by Bank). Admin access to guest data must be limited to authorized operational users.

Guests may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information where legally permitted. Final privacy wording should be reviewed before launch.
